- Reservations are needed for ALL day spa services.
- We will contact you to confirm your appointment ASAP so please await our confirmation.
- If your selected time is not available, we will call to arrange another suitable time.
- We highly recommend you book at least one day ahead to get your preferred date & time.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete our client form and relax in our lounge.

Housekeeping Information
- For the comfort of all guests, please turn off your mobile phone when entering our day spa.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the spa and alcohol is not recommended before or after treatments.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Your therapist may terminate the service without a refund for inappropriate language or behaviour.
- Please advise our staff if you have any allergies, are pregnant, recovering from recent surgery, taking any medical treatments or have any existing medical concerns.
- We will gladly discuss your goals, preferences and answer any questions you might have.
